Job Duties:
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI"s, and Material Submittals.
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with all rules and regulations.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdiction.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with OSHA standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log and photos of activities on the job-site.
- Ensure subcontractors correct all deficiencies, identified by a project team, in a timely manner.
- Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors. to subcontractors in regards to quality work or scheduling. +
- Ensure that that job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Assisting in budget, bidding, permits, and approval of revisions.
- Gather project materials submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job site.
- Opening the job-site at the beginning of the day, and ensuring the job site is secure before leaving.
- Assist in hiring sub-tier employees
Skills/Qualifications:
- OSHA 30
- Must be able to travel, have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check.
- Provide direction to and resolve problems for subcontractors and vendors.
- Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
- Must be proficient in reading blueprints.
- Physically able to life 100lbs.
- Monitoring job-site general health and safety.
- Customer service-Manage difficult or emotional situations.
- Interpersonal skills, successfully focus on solving conflict, maintain confidentially, listen to others without interrupting.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Planning/organizing
- Dependability- follow instruction, respond to management direction. Completes tasks on-time and notify appropriate parties.
